We are looking for an Associate Minister for Outreach and Nurture

The Parish of Stratford-upon-Avon

This post, in a lively and attractive parish, offers a capable priest the opportunity to do the things they love without all the burden of parish administration.  Whilst others generally take care of buildings, finance and governance, we need someone to lead and develop the following:

• our outreach and engagement with our communities so that we are more outward looking
• a New Worshipping Community (yet to be established)
• spiritual growth and nurture in our congregations
• enquirers’ courses, home groups and our teaching programme
• our pastoral care ministry including a bereavement team, lay chaplains and welcome team

Based at Holy Trinity, a large civic parish church with significant numbers of visitors, the primary focus is to motivate, inspire, train and equip others in their ministry and service. The post would be most suited to someone from an open catholic or open evangelical background who works well as part of a team.
