Media reports tell of lonely people or people with difficult family circumstances with no-one to talk to. This can mean that concerns grow greater. The Lay Chaplains are available in Holy Trinity Church so that anyone can come and find someone to share their concerns, and if they wish, to pray with them.
No appointment is necessary and it does not matter what the concern or need is. The Chaplains are listeners and not counsellors and all conversations are confidential.
There is a Lay Chaplain available in church every day Monday - Friday between 10.00am and 12.00pm.
These times may vary if a special service is taking place.
Holy Trinity Church wants to help and support all people -- whether they are from the town or come from further away and whether they have faith or not.
