O Holy Spirit of the living God, proceeding from the Father, Spirit of truth and love, the Lord and Life-giver, sanctify with your presence this place of prayer.

Here may the people be drawn into your fellowship and conquered by your love; here may the ignorant learn the way of truth, the sinful find pardon and the weary rest; here may the members of your holy church be strengthened in the bond of peace and righteousness of life, unashamed to confess the faith of Christ crucified.

Fulfil the prayers of those who worship here, hallow their praises and enrich their lives; unite them in the service of the kingdom which has no end, that in all and by all your name may be adored, who with the Father and the Son lives and reigns, one God, world without end. Amen.
